Nearing the end of my weight loss, what should I be doing? Deficit wise?

Man this has been a long hard road. I didn't lose it fast, but I've made some real progress that just a year ago I never thought I would make. I was 260 and now I'm down to 180 with the end goal of a beefy 150.
I've been going to the gym every single day and get some cardio + weights in and try to eat under 2000 calories a day. But now that things are slowing down I switched to 1500 for awhile and that really sped things back up. But I'm wondering...how SHOULD I be going about this? I only have about 30 lbs to lose. Should I still be trying for a 1000 calorie deficit with all my exercise factored in there or should I be going for less and a slower weight loss? I'm definitely the most happy when I eat 2000 cals, but see more results at 1500
Just for some added info: I burn 300 cals on the treadmill, 200 on exercise bike, do a 30 minute circuit which usually burns at least 150 and a half hour of weights.

That's a very steep deficit with so little to lose, and by the sounds of it, it's wearing on you. If it's not already, it will impact your gym performance, as well as having other potentially unpleasant side effects. There's also only so much fat your body can metabolise per day, if it needs more fuel it's going to take it from elsewhere, like your lean body mass.
I would cut your deficit in half at least. Also, you really need to be taking some rest days to allow your body to recover between gym sessions (that's when it does all its muscle repair etc). You can still do 'active' rest days - going for walks, working on flexibility etc.
Oh, and well done on your weight loss5 -
Take it a bit easier. You have a long life ahead of you to maintain in!3
