Hi all, I was wondering if there existed, and if so what is the best, an app that would tell someome who doesn't know what they are doing what to do at the gym?

To clarify..I go to Planet Fitness. I mostly do cardio, anf that's fine. But as I lose weight I would like to do more that I could but I have no clue how to use any of the weight machines or which ones are appropriate for me, how much weight I should use, how many reps, etc.

I am not interested in anything more than losing weight and staying healthy. I am not interested in becoming super into working out, building a lot of muscle, running races, etc. I am just a 40 year old mom looking to lose her pudge.

Thanks in advance!

I suggest asking a trainer at your gym to show you how to lift properly and safely. It is too easy to get injured and watching a video or following an app will not teach you proper technique.
