Need Help

I am 5"3 182lb and I have struggled with my weight most of my life I really need all the Help and motivation I can get my goal is 150lb I am torn between eating a balance diet or Keto to help reach my goal. I have tried Keto in the past but I tend to cheat please help

    The only thing that works for me is journaling all of my food and exercise and attempting to stay under my goal each day. I tried eliminating carbs, etc. and i just end up with cravings. Good luck to you.

    I'd recommend tracking your food to start with but dont look to hard into what youre eating first, just get the hang off recording it all down. Start walking to get the mindset, after a couple weeks you will have the mindset to change little things, reduce your sugar intake, not drastically but reduce it. Little steps are key to a prolonged and succesful out come. Add me as a friend and read my blog as I hope you will find it motivating and along the way i can help and assist in anyway i can :) Everyone needs help in the start i know i did.
