Hi, I'm a newly returned mfp user who has completely lost the plot!
What are your top tips for a healthy diet? I'm particularly interested in breakfast ideas and food that can be packed up for work that needs minimal preparation. I've got 52lb to lose which I know will take some time. I've got around 1300 cals to play with which doesn't seem like much!
