Dry/Cooked Beans

All good! I appreciate all the help - So, my last question is, I have seen online that fiber has no calories (quoted by Traveler 120), but I've also seen that fiber/insoluble fiber has 2cal/g. Thoughts?
The link I posted has the detailed explanation on fiber and calories. They distinguish between soluble and insoluble fibers. The soluble fiber is digested by bacteria and DOES provide 2 calories/gram, but they say the insoluble is not digested and therefore doesn't provide any calories.
One question mark I have is that your original label has 14 out of 15g as insoluble (93%) and I thought this was a bit dodgy and too high. I cross-checked on other sites and some show a little lower than that (50-75% for most beans).
