Getting weary of my routine low-cal foods--craving something really delicious that doesn't take a ton of calories. Does anyone have a recipe for a meal or treat that they swear by? I'd love to try it! Thanks!

My favorite go-to for protein would be buffalo chicken in the crockpot. 5lbs of chicken, 1 block of fat free cream cheese, 1/2c hot sauce. Cook on high for 4-5hrs or low for 8hrs. Shred. SOOOO delicious on sandwiches, by itself, cold on salads, over a baked potato. YUM!

Besides that, stir frys are the way to go. Lean meat + tons of veggies + soy and teriyaki sauces.

I also will mix 2c fat free, plain Greek yogurt and a packet of ranch seasoning to use as a veggie dip.

My favorite healthy, sweet tooth killer is to mix either 1c fat free, plain Greek yogurt with a packet of splenda, spoon of cocoa powder, splash of vanilla extract, and frozen blueberries. You can also sub in cottage cheese.
