Hi there,
I just joined my fitness pal. I am a 21 year old female who weighs 98kg and wears size 18 clothing. Last year I lost a stone and gained 3 back and have been demotivated ever since. Right now as I'm writing this I keep asking myself I can make it this time. I will try my best and keep going. Hope all your journeys will be consistent.

You must take this journey one day at a time and be accountable for everything. Just remember to log everything you eat and the activities. You will stay motivated!
