I'm a 55 year old member who had been very active at one time. My husband and I ran half marathons and remained in great shape. I'm a registered nurse. I have 6 children. 2 are headed off to college. I've recently been discharged from a mental hospital with a diagnosis of schizoaffective disorder, anxiety disorder, and major depression. I've gained 76 pounds. I just started working on losing the weight. My SW on 06/06 was 206 lbs. My current is 195.4 lbs. I plan to return to 130.0 lbs. I would love fiends to keep me motivated. My exercise consists of walking 7 miles daily (15,000 steps). I hope to begin running again soon. Hope everyone is happy and doing well.

Hiya, these sound like great goals! Exersize can be such an asset to maintaining (and regaining) mental health. I think increasing your activity level in increments is key, that and a good focus on nutrition. You can do it!0
