There's no way for us to tell based on the information provided here.

Are you eating at a deficit?

Yes. But I don't log foods yet. What i have done....is used this app to figure out my caloric intake for a planned days meals and I still eat the same thing for seven days and try not to stray. And even if I do my calorie intake is low enough to allow for me to still be in deficit.

If you're at a deficit, then keep at it. Even if you haven't lost anything besides water weight yet, you will.

Sounds like water weight. Depending on how much sodium you eat, how much sleep you get, and how your digestion works, you can lose or gain several pounds in one day, but it's water, not fat.

    By maintaining a calorie deficit.

ummm....how many calories are you eating that when you "stray" your still ok? Eating to little is not a recipe for success....and to have room to stray makes me think you may be on to large of a deficit.

1200 calories per day if I follow everything to the T. So if I make a lemon juice with one lemon, half spoon of honey and salt lol it is amazing and refreshing. That doesn't put me too over.

Your weight may go up and down with water weight, but if you stick to your program it will eventually trend downwards. A pound of fat is about 3500 calories, so if you're eating 1200 and the scale shows you gained 2 lbs in one day, just shrug it off and go on with your life. There's no way for 1200 to magically turn into twice 3500. Seeing that high number on the scale can be demoralizing but you just learn to ignore it and trust the process.
