I've been on here in the past, lost about 50lbs, then took a break. Went from about 187 at my highest to 134, and am currently about 140 depending on the day. I'm hoping to get pregnant soon (stopping birth control this month) and want to lose about 10-15 lbs beforehand. I'm 5'3" and 29 years old.
Anyone else trying to get healthier before pregnancy and want to join this thread for support? I have two other girls, but gained quite a bit of weight beforehand and want to avoid that this time.
