Looking for support!

I've been trying to do this on my own, but having a hard time staying with it. In the past I had success here and I always had support to keep me on track. Please add me!

    Im in the same boat with being alone. For me what ive done is set up i set up a group of songs that push me to move forward as well as in between every 3 songs i have a motivational message from youtube (people who've pushed through things). I set my music and motivation for 2 songs past the time i set to work out. That way i never undercut myself.

    You can do this. Make small goals and focus on those then the big picture doesn't seem so overwhelming
