Need some motivators around to keep pushing my self.. Feel free to add....

    you really need to take personal responsibility and just do it for you. if your success is built upon random people from a fitness site its doomed to fail.

    find your reasons why! get involved with the community, but they can't your motivators. you gotta buck up and do it.

    Well. Log your food every day. Try to hit your numbers for Calories, Protein, & Fat and keep working at that. That should keep you busy for the first few months.

    Stop feeling sorry for yourself, get some MFP friends. The more I see others doing the workouts and eating the right foods empowers me to do the right thing. There are people with way worse problems then being chubby and lazy. I am thankful that this was my cross to carry. Give yourself a goal, make a plan and make it happen. It really does get to be fun.
