Should I increase my activity level...?

Up until a month ago my activity level was sedentary. Honestly it's still sedentary with the exception of my 1 day weekend job, which is cleaning vacation condos. I clean these non stop for 6 hours, with maybe a 5-10 min lunch break. If I logged this as exercise its over 1000 cals burned.
So should I log this as exercise, while I'm other wise inactive, or just increase my activity level?

I would personally ignore it all together and just keep on keepin on.1

I would do as @Tomk652015 suggested. You can always eat a little more if you feel you've had a particularly strenuous day, but it's hard to "uneat" if you've miscalculated your activity level in the long run.0

Don't log it. Yes, it'll burn calories but it's best not to log cleaning imo.
But maybe now is a good time to start doing 15 or 20 min daily walks? It's good to move and it energises as well as burns calories.0
