Grams - cooked or uncooked? - Bulgur/rice

I am so confused. I hope someone can help me.
When you guys eat rice/bulgur or whatever, do you measure the calories according to the weight of the UNCOOKED or COOKED?
I measured 120g on Bulgur and cooked it and ate most of it which seemed like a lot (if not too much).
Do I measure the calories cooked or uncooked if the bulgur is absorbing all the water, it's surely going to be heavier?
Help!

You'd normally use dry if going by the information on the box, although it should say -- 120 g uncooked is a pretty large amount, I think. But the main thing is to use a cooked or uncooked entry that corresponds to the condition it is in when you weighed it.
USDA says:
bulgur, cooked, 120 g: 100 calories
bulgur, dry, 120 g: 410 calories1
