Cauliflour bites

I just discovered frozen riced cauliflour! What a timesaver.
2 c riced cauliflour
1c cheese
1 egg
Add seasonings you may like. Shape into tbsp size nugget or use mini muffin tin 375degrees 20min, broil at the end. yum!

    Sounds interesting! I know my local walmart has started to sell frozen riced cauliflower which I've been looking forward to testing out

    Costco and Trader Joe's sell riced cauliflower (fresh, not frozen). I guess that you can use what you need and freeze the rest for later.
    Nice recipe OP, I will try that. What kind of cheese did you use?
