What do you prep for the next day, still trying to get the hang of this. Thanks

Hope you've found some tips on here!
    If not...
Yo can wrap romain or use romain hearts like a taco shell for whatever meat you like!?
Or hollow out a cucumber sliced lengthwise I half and fill with your protien
I do a lot of left overs and premade salad because I'm too busy now but used to chef.
Spinach is a mild flavor and you can add to pretty. I hope anything for more nutrient dense greens than say lettuces
    Check out Pinterest too!

Flat Out wraps are great - they come in many flavors (packaged in zip lock bags). I just chop up my veggies the night before and have condiments at work. That way I build my wrap just before eating.

Edited to add - pita pockets are great for stuffing veggies & meat.

I grill chicken on the weekends, slice and bag up in zip lock sandwich bags. Store those in a freezer bag and I have chicken for wraps and salads.

Google mason jar salads.....tons of ideas. https://www.buzzfeed.com/carolynkylstra/mason-jar-salads?utm_term=.vgrWjdwzV#.th9WnG596

If my recipe called for re-heated chicken, I cook it in the crockpot & shred with forks. Salsa is a great cooking "sauce."

I prepare a lot of stuff on the weekends and store it in individual containers or baggies for the week to make salads, wraps, etc. I really like romaine, red peppers, red onions, cucumbers, chicken and feta cheese mixed with a tbsp or 2 of tzatziki. I eat it alone as a salad or put it in a wrap or naan bread.
