I've been debating whether to buy it or not. Has anyone tried it and got results?

I only did Insanity Live with an instructor/class and I really hated it. But I love Les Mills Combat, Pump, and Flow. So maybe try to find a free video on youtube of some main brands and sample before you invest in just one.

I finished Insanity Max 30 3 weeks ago and on the second round right now. I love the program. I didn't lose lots of weight but lost quite a lot of inches from my midsection and thighs. I did the original Insanity as well but never finished it , max 30 is only 30 Minutes and since I have a small baby it suits me. Definitely recommend it.

I tried it for 2 weeks until I got bad lower back pains. If you haven't done it yet I'd recommend first doing other fitness routines.

No... It's kind of like Herbalife. Great if it's free. Otherwise there are less expensive better quality options.

You'll get results from just about anything you stick with long term and your diet is mostly what determines that. That said, I cannot do DVD type workouts beyond 2-3 weeks...the repetition of the same exact thing drives me batty. I also almost broke my ankle doing Insanity from all the plyometrics. I rolled it so badly the doctor said I would've been better off breaking it. Anyway, that's my unpopular opinion.

I used it after I had my daughter and couldn't get to the gym. It's equal to a group fitness class, only in your living room. I think people often think it's a specific program which will give you results when in reality it's any physical fitness that involves cardio and strength that challenges your body in new and different ways. If your on the fence you may want to try the free trial of Beach Body on Demand first.
