I just turned 40, My kids are about to leave the nest and I want and healthier second 1/2 of my life!
Looking for MFPs that are tall, I am 5'8+, SW 220 ~ CW 215 ~ GW 150 .
Started MFP July 21, 2013. Not much of a dieter prior. Back pain, feet pain, high BP has driven me to lose weight!
Any like minded buddies welcome!!!
