    Hi Sarah. I'm Tisha. I just got approved for VSG. I didn't realize it would be such a long wait to surgery day! I was hoping to do it this summer, but it's looking more like Christmas... I've been using MFP for a week now. I haven't changed anything yet. Just wanted to get used to tracking. Miraculously I have actually lost 4 pounds!! Have you started your "journey"?

    Make sure you stick to your food plan prior to surgery it will lend to less complications. They say they want you to lose weight so your liver is not so enlarged and also it is the begining of a new life style
