Stirfry sauce

First brown some minced garlic in a tablespoon of oil. Then add a pound of chicken cut into bite sized pieces. After it's done, add a 16 ounce bag of frozen stirfry veggie blend to it. After the veggies are cooked, I add 1 tablespoon thin soy sauce, 3 tablespoons oyster sauce, and 2 Tablespoons sugar. I mix all separately in a bowl to dissolve the sugar and add to stirfry. Then in a separate bowl stir 1/3 cup water and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. When dissolved, add to stirfry and cook until thickened. We eat this once a week!
I recommend getting the oyster sauce and thin soy sauce from an Asian store. Walmart sells an oyster sauce and it is nasty compared to the brand I buy. If you send me a pm I will show you the brands I buy.

Whoops! I thought I was replying to the person who asked about the stirfry sauce. How do I move this post to that thread?1
