Am I missing something? Is there not a place to search for foods on the app then get nutritional information from there and put it in your diary? Example. Search for an apple then have it generate the info then add it to your diary?

Very helpful tool. If I'm eating something homemade, it will give me an entry for that. If I'm eating out and there is no calorie indication, I pull up the search bar, type in the entree, and it will give me entries from two dozen restaurants and I choose the most compatible one.0 -
Don't do that. If you cook, use the recipe builder. Never log a food unless you know exactly what's in it, which ingredients, and in what amounts. Always confirm nutritional value for the entries you use.edlanglais wrote: »^^
