Midyear recommitment anyone?

Hi! It's mid-June. Anyone want to state a recommitment for the next 6 months?
For me, I'd LOVE to release 20 pounds over the next six months.
My biggest challenge to work on is going to bed BEFORE I get hungry or before I start snacking. How about you?

    Snacking is my weakness too! I have gotten really good at meal planning and cooking well, but I just love snacking in the evening. I have to find ways to keep busy, like a new hobby maybe that keeps my hands busy.
