I have started kickboxing yesterday. Today I completed the second day. My goal is to lose 30 pounds by December. Kickboxing is intense and I plan to stick to this program.

    Kickboxing is fun! To lose thirty pounds you need to be in a deficit. Exercise is for health and fitness, and a calorie deficit is for weight loss.

    Kickboxing is so much fun. Eatat a deficit and go kick some butt!

    Please explain how to be in a deficit? I try to maintain my calories under 1200 per day.

    Only 5 pounds. I try to go to kickboxing 3 times a week. I play tennis in between these days. Will swim on warm days. I am toning but the weight loss is not where I would like it to be. Feel stronger and clothes feel better. I am completing my 10th week of kickboxing. Committed for a year. I will be patient.
