Has/does anyone use an appetite suppressant or an energy booster? I have fallen off the wagon... Looking for an an extra aid. Suggestions or advice?

    Enough nutrition but not too much food, enough, but not too much sleep and rest, and moderate exercise, gives you energy.

    Appetite is good, don't mess with it. Learn to recognize and respect and trust and enjoy it by eating regularly and food you like.

    Don't go on and off wagons. Living a healthy life is a pretty uncomplicated, but life long, project.

    Don't look for "aids". Unless you are willing to muster the necessary effort, you aren't going to succeed.
