Ive been looking at buying resistance bands.
Would they be ok to use as a quick 10 mintue session every morning before work.
And
Are they good for over all body toning.
Thanks in advance

I use them more for warming up than for an actual workout, but I guess I'd say 10 minutes with them is better than nothing. Your body "tones" with progressive overload - moving more weight over time - and losing body fat with a calorie deficit. At some point, you will exhaust your use of the bands; you'll just be doing the same thing over and over, but it's a good starting point.0
