Weight loss struggles!!!

I work out 4 days a week eating fairly healthy (struggling sometimes) and still no weight seems to be coming off. Anyone got any suggestions? Thanks

eat what mfp gives you,weigh your food with a food scale and be patient. P.s. exercise is not needed for weight loss1

Make sure you're in a calorie deficit. Eating healthy is great for health and nutrition, but if you're taking in more calories than you're burning, you're going to gain and if you're eating everything you burn off, you're going to maintain.0
