I have embraced sipping tea in the afternoons. (No sugar) instead of snacks. Any favorites?

Stash Tea makes some that I really like -- White Chocolate Mocha, Salted Caramel Mate, and Apple Cinnamon Chamomile are three of my favorites. I am always grabbing their tea in the afternoons.

I have never seen those three in the store (even for stores that sell the brand), but they're very easy to order online. Plus, you can order a small amount to see if you like it before you buy a bigger box!

I love Harney & Sons. I have their green, white, lemon verbena, peppermint, rooibos, and chamomile.

I have a huge collection from David's Tea. My favourites of theirs are Chocolate Macaroon (great for chocolate cravings), Mint Chip Sundae, Strawberry Shake and Sweet Almond Green. I tend towards flavoured green teas.

And I always have a big bag of genmaicha lying around because I love the toasty flavour. If my stomach is upset I enjoy a simple ginger tea.

Trader Joes has a fabulous mango black tea. I brew it and then pour over ice. If I want hot tea, I always go for peppermint.

If you don't mind a little caffeine, I like the Benner (Aldi brand) Green Tea with Lemon & Ginseng or Lipton's Green Tea with Mandarin Orange.

If you don't want caffeine, I like Celestial Seasonings Lemon Zinger, Wild Berry Zinger, and Black Cherry.

Chai. I love it. I've used it in cooking, too. The Vegetarian Times website has a recipe for chai-infused rice pudding. And I don't make this anymore, because I have a feeling I wouldn't be able to stick to a small portion, but I have a recipe for chai spice cookies (not using the tea, but the spices that go into chai; basically like gingerbread plus extras).

I'm finding some of the David's teas work as great appetite suppressor's in the afternoon and when you are craving a treat. They work great for me.

If you have a K-cup machine at work, drink what's free. Kidding - I like a matcha green tea

Chiming in on the Harney & sons (favorite: hot cinnamon) and Stash (peach mango for no caf, breakfast in paris for black) love. I also really enjoy Mighty Leaf's chamomile blend and Tazo's gingerly jasmine.

The hot cinnamon sunset is LEGIT. So naturally sweet. I buy the "cheap" version of that which is Celestial Tidings Bengal Spice because I go through so much, and it's decaf so I can have it before bed.
