Done having kids and want to lose the baby weight

I am almost 35 and serious about losing the last 25 pounds from leftover baby weight. I don't want to take pills and pay for advocare..weight watchers..thrive... I'm hoping joining this app will help. I've used it on and off for a few years but I need to hold myself accountable to what I eat. I'm not sure how to add people yet or how I can benefit from adding people (to hold us accountable? get support?) I work full time and have 2 kids - 4 and 1. We love to camp and it's hard to stay on a good eating diet. I love to run and workout- just don't have alot of time anymore. I need to make it a priority to at least get 1 hour in everyday. Look forward to meeting some people going through the same things.

Hi. I am adding you. I'm in the same boat.

I've been using mfp faithfully and am down about 20 pounds since November. First time in a long time I've been successful. No fads, no crash diets, no paying out the Yahoo for unnecessary things.

About to leave WW. Not their fault, I stink at tracking, something I need to work on for MFP too. At least I won't be paying for it. Have 15-20 to get rid of.

    Yep. 4 kids. 11, 7, 3 and 2 and I'm 35.
I do a 3km walk (24mins) before the kids get up. 30mins of running after lunch and weight train 5nights a week after the kids are in bed. Im 106days smoke-free and have lost 6kgs. Couldnt do it without mfp app and friends, my garmin watch and support from hubby. I want to see my abs again!!

I'm trying to lose my baby weight too. I only have one child and plan on having another fairly soon but I want to get back to my pre-baby weight first. I used to be pretty active so I'm trying to get back to the gym too. It's so much harder now though!
