Hi everyone. I've been using My Fitness Pal for almost two months, and I have just started counting my macros. Keep in mind that I have counted calories many times before, and at this point I know my body is read for this next step. I have come to the realization that keeping an eye on my macros would be a lot easier if I meal planned, but I've been having a lot of trouble finding recipes that don't contain a super amount of carbs. If anyone happens to know of any low carb recipes or perhaps if you have some macro counting tips I would love to hear them. :)

As a macro counting person, I find that grilling a bunch of meat at the beginning of the week has been the easiest way to portion out for each meal. I often do frozen vegetables, a starch like rice or potatoes for my carb, and some nuts or nut butter for fats. Keeping everything separate has been useful for me. Good luck!

    Meat, veggies.

If you want low carb either Google low carb meal prepping or just ignore the carbs.
