Healthy BMI, yay!

I check this board everyday, it seems only a few weeks back that I was sat with my nine year old son showing him the inspiring photos and stories here, they certainly spurred me on and so I'm here myself, to celebrate my weight loss and hope to give just one other person the same spur!
The first photo was taken in April 2016, I was around 210lbs. I had lost 42lbs from June 2012 to December 2012, dropping from 238lbs to around 196lbs. Unfortunately I then went through a traumatic separation from my then husband and overnight became a single mother of two children aged 18months and 5, I was working full time and struggled looking after my children never mind myself! I kept the weight off initially just through stress but eventually my lack of self care meant the weight slowly crept back up. Again due to stress my weight began to drop last June, however this was down to poor eating habits, no breakfast, often consuming nothing other than coffee and cigarettes until 3 in the afternoon, by Christmas 2016 I was down to 198lbs, but had begun to suffer daily pain under my ribs and dreadful wind. On the 13th Jan 2017 I was admitted by paramedics to ED where gallstones were found and surgery planned.
This was a major turning point for me, my lack of self care had put me in hospital, my children had been scared to see me in so much pain and being taken off in an ambulance, I needed to take myself in hand for my sake and theirs.
I started a low fat diet that very weekend, and reactivated my MFP account two weeks later and have logged everything that has passed my lips and every calorie burned since then. Yesterday I hit healthy BMI at 154lbs, I haven't weighed this little since my early 20's (I'm now 45) I'm still awaiting surgery, we have long waiting lists here in the UK currently, however this has actually been of benefit to me as its given me the opportunity ( and the huge motivator of acute pain) to get my house in order.
I am now at much lower risk for surgery, my BP is down from 140/90 to 113/73 and all bloods are great.
I have tons of energy and a new wardrobe
I am now slowing the rate of loss down as I'm uncertain what my goal weight should be at present but I want to be further into the healthy BMI range before starting recomposition.
You can do this!
