Hi, brand new to this and only just getting to grips with the app but really want to give it a go to help me lose weight. Would be great to meet a few people on this to support and encourage each other. Want to lose about 3 stone eventually but want to start with smaller targets. Feel free to add me!

    I personally think it's best to cut your ultimate goal into sections, it helps keep you motivated as you hit each of those sections. Good luck!
