Ive taken progress pictures today and decided to share. I'm so happy and thankful for all the knowledgeable and helpful people who post here and motivate us. The scale showed weight loss but not much difference in my clothes (been wearing baggy ones lately). Pictures showed me I'm heading the right direction. Patience and consistency.

    Me too! My first picture was taken 3 weeks after I started. Maybe we could start a tread of picture (monthly or weekly) accountability? @clancanes_martin I felt really motivated today.

    @leecha14 Thanks! between this pictures just 11pounds :-). As I was very sedentary in the last year, I've started with classes (it's my first month back exercising) so spinning (3x a week, circuits 2x, body pump 1x plus my regular yoga practice 3x).

    Thank you @TorrizzleWillSizzle between these pictures just 1 month and 11pounds :-). It was pleasing to see the difference as in clothes I hadn't noticed much.
