Hi everyone. I'm Sue. I keep falling off the wagon, but am not giving up! I'm 57 and wonder if there are any women 50 or over who would like to be motivation buddies?
I am ready to get serious and would welcome friends.
Thanks. :-)

There are a couple of groups for women over 50. Are you using a calorie counting approach (yes, you're here, smiles). There's a low carb group for women over 50. There's a group for women's support with menopause. There's a less active group of women focusing on overall lifestyle over 50. I can post the links if they'd be of interest.
I'm 52, and a member of all three groups.0 -
Hi Sabine and thanks for your reply. :-)
I think the group over 50 and overall lifestyle sounds appealing.
I'd appreciate the link and getting to know you!0 -

There is also a group of women called 55-65 year old women's success. Lots of support without the BS. Very nice group of ladies. Do not be concerned that it is called success - something for everyone!0
