Do any of yall use and app to count your steps. If so, on average how many steps do you take per day? And what is your daily stepping goal??

I use a smart watch for step counting. I average 10 to 15,000 a day. No real goal.1

i use my garmin watch for steps. i aim for 10,000 and i reach it most days but not without making an effort! it takes more effort than you would think if you have never counted steps before!2

I have an Omron pedometer. My average the last few months has been 17,000 steps a day. I go to bed early so I can get up early and walk for two hours before I have to get dressed to go to my daily activities. Carrying a pedometer encourages me to seek every opportunity to be active.2

I love my fitbit! I average around 7-8000 per day over the long haul, but hope to bump that back up closer to 10K now that the weather is great! I just finished a 3 week vaca hiking in the Swiss Alps and logged 291,000+ steps and 1219 floors in 2 1/2 weeks. It's fun to track steps. More steps = more fun!2

I use fitbit. My step goal was 10,000. But once I started getting that every single day, I upped it to 12,000. I get that maybe 75% of the time, but I still get above 10,000 almost all days. It motivates me to move more at night if I am close to my goal. For instance, let's say I am at 11,000 and I want to relax for the night. I will get up and move until I reach that 12,000 goal. If I wasn't wearing it or didn't change my goal, I wouldn't be getting that extra bit of motivation.3

I use Google Fit. I don't know why but even if it says that it is connected, it doesn't connect.

I use a Garmin Vivofit and the UA Band, my YTD (Year To Date) Average is 11,121 steps/day (According to Garmin Connect)1
