I am getting ready to start the insanity workouts but i would like to follow a diet plan with it. Any suggestions?

In my opinion, experience, and observations of others, diets don't work in the long run. The weight always seems to go back on, and then some, when the dieting stops. I have learned that when it comes to eating, a complete lifestyle change works best. Eat food that is healthy. Eat smaller portions, and use the practice of counting calories, while balancing protein, carbs, sugars, fat, and the like. Watch the sodium and cholesterol intake as well. Make sure you get enough calcium and iron too. When you do this, the weight comes off, for me slowly, and it stays off.0
