Just seen your posts regarding the Fitbit, never heard of it before but after looking it up I quite fancy one. Which one would you recommend? The fitbit flex or fitbit one.

    I have a Polar Fit FT4 Heart Rate monior and LOVE it!

    I use the Flex but it is because I really wanted the sleep monitoring capability it gives me. I find knowing how often I wake and how often I am restless during sleep really helps me understand more about my patterns. It also lets me know when my lizard brain is seeing something the rest of me is missing.
