Seriously, I need to loose at least 10, but better 20 lbs. My Armani suits which I wear to work are getting uncomfortably tight.
In 2015 I achieved my my goal weight, but since then I gained back 18 lbs.
It's always a struggle to get to my goal BMI of 22. Right now I'm at BMI 26.
Generally, staying away from sweets and carbohydrates help a lot, so does exercise. Counting calories helps a lot...
I'd like someone's help to keep me honest and accountable.
Thank you

18lbs is nothing in the long run, you've got it in no time. Best of luck to you.1
