Calories in this meal?

^^^ ordered the above Turkey Cobb Salad with dressing, avocado and egg on the side. Toppings were ham, rotisserie chicken and crumbled blue cheese and bacon crumbles. I approximated 113 grams of turkey (150 calories), 28 grams blue cheese (100 calories), 1/2 a serving of bacon bits (50 calories) and 2 servings of lettuce (30 calories). Didn't have the dressing, egg or avocado... Thoughts?

    I think you are crazy to skip the dressing, egg and avocado. Those are the best part.

    I think you could have eaten that meal and moved on- plan for it next time if possible and enjoy- that salad looked da bomb!!!!!
