Hurray!! after about a week and half of bouncing back and forth on the scale between a 3lb range, I finally had that first Whoosh of my journey to keep the scale moving. Out of that range and 2lbs even further today. I was not expecting it either. Started to feel like I was screwing up somehow and was going to take a magnifying glass to what i was doing.

YAY!

Awesome! It's a good feeling to finally get past those flat spots & head downhill again on the scale.

I'm not quite sure what a whoosh is but it sounds good. Congrats.

its the term people use(not sure if its just this site or in the exercise world in general) to describe that moment/day when you drop a lot of weight at one time. Often when you feel like things are stalling.

    I'm right there with you.

I am sorry to disappoint you both. We can pretend it was something else if you like
