Stretches After Squats

What are some good leg stretches after doing squats? I hate having that really tight feeling in my legs that it makes it difficult to walk.

    standing hamstring stretch- keep back flat and rotate from hips - do not bounce

    standing quad stretch - use one hand for balance, reach back and grab foot and pull to butts

    foam roller - front, back, side and sitting
    for sitting - sit on roller, cross one leg over the other - then lean over onto the hip still on the ground and just oll around.

    hip flexor - stand and push hips forward, will lean to lean backwards slightly, watch your balance.

    inner thigh - Stand with feet wide- toes forward- now push your hips to one side- feel stretch in inside leg on opposite side.

    Thanks so much. I may have to youtube to get the idea of some, but they're all simple enough to get the gist.

    Yeah....jogging in general I dislike. Hurts my boobs.

    I like to hang from the pull up bars too- let everything relax and kind of stretch/release out.

    Get a good sports bra! The boobs like that! =)

    I've been able to get 2 from Lane Bryant and they seem to be pretty good, not to mention comfy and no uni-boob. Just wish they didn't cost an arm and a leg =(
