Weigh In this Friday!!!!

The last time I weighed myself was June 2, 2017. I weighed in at 397 which is a 12 pounds loss. My goal was to be 375 by my weigh in. If the calorie counter is right I should meet my goal. But you know how that goes when you get on the scale lol. I feel confident but I do have some anxiety. I have 2 days to get some great cardio and healthy meals in. I'll keep you people posted. To everybody that's on a fitness journey, just keep going and learn from your mistakes!!! One Love
