At my gym they charge $36 per hour, and I ended up not taking one. Once I am about halfway to my goal weight, I would like to take a break from losing and concentrate on lifting. I have been strength training on machines and with dumbbells and kettle bells, but would like to get into lifting with a bar. I may take a trainer for an hour or two to help me with form, but I wouldn't be able to afford to pay that much for months on end.0
