I need some advice... Almost every night around 11-12 I start getting hungry and craving stuff any tips on how to help with this???

    I brush and floss my teeth then go to bed.

    Leave yourself some calories to accommodate the late night snacking. Or go to bed earlier.

    I'm a late night snacker and I log my night snack in the morning to make sure I account for it.

    I get like this on occasion, if I just can't shake the craving, I make a veggie/egg white omelet. It's near nonfat, high in protein and fiber and very low carb.

    1. Have supper later (1 - 2 hrs.) and/or go to bed earlier.
    2. Leave more calories for supper
    3. If this fails (and you have no calories left for the day) try to calm the craving with clear water or a cup of solved instant-broth.
