Down 13!

Obviously I have a long way to go, but started at 335 and now 322, so 13 down and still pressing on!

I've cut out sugary carbs, sugary drinks, etc. and am eating mostly lean meats and vegetables, watching carbs pretty closely.

Also alternating work out days one day 2.5 miles on treadmill the next working with weights.

Working ok so far....
