Will this affect my weight loss?

So I've been off plan for 3 days because I'm away but have avoided eating junk food. However, I have over eaten on Ryvita ( whole pack ) , cream crackers with butter (half a pack) tinned tuna( 2 cans ) and chicken ( 8+ pieces). This happened on both day 1, day 2and 3.

Bearing in mind I've been on plan for over 7 weeks.

I was wondering will this haul my weight loss goals ?

I'm going back to my routine today.
