    Sounds like nice workout - not sure on the burn though.

    Even at my size (~ 180 lbs) not sure I would burn that much.

    Feels like beating a dead horse, but please stop paying attention to the calorie burns on Pinterest postings.

    Everyone burns calories at a different rate. This might burn 100 calories for someone who is overweight and hasn't worked out in years. but for someone who is in decent shape (even if they're still overweight), this wouldn't even count as a 'warm up'.

  • very true i calculated the calories burnt only 20 with i had to do 5 sets
