I am a 38 year old mother of 5 kids. I lost 50 pounds 3 years ago. I had 15 pounds to go to reach my goal. Then I got remarried and started eating more. I regained 20 pounds in 10 months! The weight crept in during the fall and winter. I got stuck in a vicious cycle.
My husband is active duty Army and lives 5 hours drive away. Poor food choices, stress and lack of sleep left me with no room for my life saving workouts.
I went through frustration and sadness about my back fat, tummy and swollen thighs. My coworker asked me if I am pregnant.
I have returned to the gym and Pilates on YouTube. I am fighting this battle. However, after 2 months I am down only 3 pounds.
I started logging my food this week and feel much more accountable about what I eat.
I would love to share my success and struggle with you and share in yours.
