Sugar levels...

My sugar levels today are -86 but I am under my cal goal, should I be worried about this?
Any words of wisdom much appreciated!

I have ate 4 bananas, no junk....

    You're probably fine, unless there's a medical reason for you to be avoiding sugar.

    MFP's sugar goals seem to be set around added sugar. If you eat a lot of fruit it's easy to go over.

    MFP's sugar goal = WHO's recommendation for ADDED sugar; if you don't have a medical condition that warrants watching sugar, I'd just track something else. That said...maybe mix it up...that's a lot of bananas. You do need to have a balanced diet and make sure you're getting your healthy fats and protein as well as your fruit and veg.
