what made it different this time?

Hey there! I'm sure most of us have started this weight loss journey multiple times.. only to fail long term. I know I have ran out of fingers counting the times I have. What made it different this time for you? It feels different for me this time and I can't quite place why. The eating is easier (after week 3 now) and my body has adjusted to not even craving junk which leads me to believe I will be successful this time. My brother who is 4 years older than I am is also having health issues such as high blood pressure and I'm almost positive he is border line diabetic. I don't want that. I'm also lifting this time. I HATE cardio... but give me some heavy stuff to lift.. I'm loving it!
