Hello I am looking for friends interested in eating minimally processed foods and motivating each other!
I have a health site so I share my posts and videos about eating healthy on a budget if you're busy. I have 3 kids and so I mainly walk as exercise. However I am having trouble with motivation when the weather is grey!
I lost 70 lbs after my second baby and am getting back on the horse. I have lost 15 since may but have about 20 to go.
Let's be friends and motivate each other!!

    send me a request. I am basically trying to eat better which of course means less processed foods. THe next few weeks that will be more difficult because I am in the process of moving. I work full time and do some side jobs as well. Once we are moved I can get back to our regular routine. I walk as well and I just joined a volleyball league. I do belong to a gym but while living between two homes, I don't have much time to go right now.

    Yes I would like to join too I have 2 kids wa able to loose after the first but the second I still have 15-20 to loose and need accountability

    I'm a working mom of four and as well as looking to lose at least 30lbs, I'm looking to make our kitchen much less processed:)
